Your donation will be used to provide free primary health care and related services to the uninsured of greater Hartford. Fully 92% of evey dollar donated goes toward direct patient care. is the Malta House of Care Mobile Clinic is an important community asset and we greatly appreciate your generous help and support.
 



DONATIONS MADE BY CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD

You are entering a secure area of the website that will require you to fill out a simple profile and create a unique user name and password. You will only be asked to fill this out once and it is done for your own protection. You can also come back at any time and track the status of your gift, as well as print receipts for tax purposes. Please note, you will receive an acknowledgement letter via US Postal Service from the Malta House of Care Foundation, Inc. to thank you for your gift.  
 
We have provided several on-line methods to donate. These include debit from your checking or savings account, credit card or personal check. You may make a one-time gift, or make your donation through scheduled payments from your checking, savings or credit card accounts.

The actual transfer of funds may take anywhere between 2-5 business days. All donations will be acknowledged by the Malta House of Care Foundation, Inc. Donations may only be made in U.S. currency. The Malta House of Care Foundation will only share your information with the companies providing this payment service. We require that these companies protect your information and use it only to provide the services we ask them to perform.

  7. 7. When it’s complete, a receipt will pop up for you to print if you desire.  You will also receive a written acknowledgement from the Foundation office as an official letter of thanks.

DONATIONS MADE BY CASH OR CHECK

Donations to the Malta House of Care Foundation can be received by cash or check, made payable to the MHC Foundation, Inc. and sent to our office at 19 Woodland Street, Suite 37, Hartford, CT 06105.

All donations are tax deductible to the extent of the law, and a letter of receipt will be sent to you for your tax purposes. Donations to be included in your tax return must be postmarked no later than the last day of this calendar year.

Donations made in the name of another person - to celebrate an occasion, honor a birth, remember someone at the time of their passing or anniversary of a death - may be made to the same address.  If you would like an acknowledgement of the gift sent to someone, please provide that information as well.

DONATIONS BY MAKING A GIFT OF SECURITIES

If the stock certificate is held by a bank or broker, the trust officer or broker can usually transfer the stock directly to the Malta House of Care Foundation through a direct transfer of certificate (DTC) upon receiving written instructions from the account owner.

You or the trust officer or broker may also call Dale Richter or Nile Pullin at UBS at 860-727-1500 or the Malta House of Care Foundation at 860-548-1593 for further information. Please contact the Foundation office regarding any specific directions on how to acknowledge your gift.
